Different Towns, Same Cameras
I didn't know you had a photo blog too!!! And you live in Austin!!! That's one town in Texas that I'd especially like to visit!!!
We (Austin, generally, and me, in particular) love to show off for visitors.
That looks like a real treat - swimming in a pool fed by a spring on a hot day. It's in the 60's here and about to rain - I'm just saying! Thanks for visiting my old posts and leaving those kind comments. I always like to hear from you.
That photo kicks me back to the 70s. I don't know what it is but it makes me nostalgic. It looks very inviting.
Thanks, Helen and Susan,The springs and this enormous pool are treasures.
I know this place. Not that I've ever been there. I know it because my best friend was there - in happier times - pre cancer - when she was alive
Better than the photo makes it look.Well worth exploring.
OH how delightful! I used to swim in that pool:-) I lived in Austin for a year when I first moved to the States. That was one COLD pool! A welcome relief from the summer heat:-)
Constant 68 degrees F. I know someone who swims in it year round. Big brrrr.
Love the photo. Everyone seems to be having a good time, as expected! I read through the link - really, really interesting. Thanks!
Thanks, Adele. This is just a sliver of the enormous pool.
