    Oh, I see you live in Austin! Well I can understand the need to wear dresses there. We were considering movie there for an early semi-retirement until discovering how high the property taxes are. Now we're considering the Phoenix area but it's very hot there too.

    Yep, it's dresses and flip-flops for much of the year.

    I hadn't worn flip-flops since puberty. We moved here two years ago, and I now have several pairs.

    Texas, no state income tax, but high sales and property taxes.
