View From Mount Bonnell On A Foggy Morning

Photographed yesterday morning.

I went up to Mount Bonnell yesterday morning, with the idea that I'd sketch/photograph some Valentine's Day couples.

But the morning was cool and foggy.   There were no other folks up there.

  2. Helen, this is the kind of view that could make even a non-landscape painter think about painting a landscape.

  3. A lovely scene, even better that you had it all to yourself.

  4. How beautiful. Is this within walking distance?

  5. Susan, it was nice because it was quiet enough not to scare off the birds.

AH, yes, though there are many months (the long summer) where I really wouldn't want to. Although maybe once I acclimate . . . . I have seen people out in the heat of the day just chugging away at their running, walking, biking.
