    Thanks, Susan. I just returned home from a trip out of town, and I was so happy to see the deer on the street.

    Thanks, Shanna. I hope you'll get the chance to visit regularly. The nice thing about Austin is, as you know, that once you land you're in a smaller, gentler place.

    These animals are amazing to watch. I don't always run for the camera, but I feel lucky to get a chance to watch them go about their lives as often as I do.
